INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups of rice
- 🍖 200g minced pork
- 🍅 1 chopped tomato
- 🥚 1 egg
Additional Ingredients
- đź§‚ 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the minced garlic to release its aroma.
Add minced pork to the pan and stir-fry until fully cooked.
Add chopped tomato and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add rice, soy sauce, and salt to the pan and mix well while stir-frying.
Crack an egg into a side of the pan, scramble it, then mix it with the rice.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl.
