- 🍖 1kg pork backbone for broth
Vegetables

- 🌱 2 green onions
- 1 piece of ginger (about 5 cm)
Seasonings
- đź§„ 5 whole garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
- đź§‚ 1/2 tablespoon salt
STEPS
Soak the pork backbone in cold water for about 2 hours to remove the blood.
Boil the pork backbone for 10 minutes to remove impurities, then discard the water.
In a large pot, add pork backbone, 3L of water, onion, ginger, whole garlic, green onions, and whole peppercorns. Boil on high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Season with salt and filter the broth through a strainer.
