INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 300g pork slices
Starch
- Potato starch as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetables
- Green leaf as needed
Seasoning
- 50cc water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- š§ 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Take small portions of pork slices and roll them into balls. Coat with potato starch.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ā) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add the pork balls and cook while rolling them until evenly browned.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and cook while rolling the pork balls until the liquid reduces.
