INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g bean sprouts
- 5 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasoning
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Julienne the shiso leaves by removing the stems and slicing thinly.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, place the pork belly on top, and drizzle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it sit covered for 2 minutes, then drain excess liquid.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, yuzu pepper, sesame oil) in a bowl.
Combine the cooked pork and bean sprouts with the seasoning mixture. Serve on a plate and garnish with julienned shiso leaves.
