INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 4-5 chives
- 60g pork belly
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍚 1 serving of rice
- Vegetable oil as needed
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 60cc water
STEPS
Cut the chives and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the pork belly with soy sauce and cornstarch, and massage well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with milk and mayonnaise.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then stir-fry the pork belly and chives.
Add salt, pepper, and the egg mixture to the pan, and lightly stir-fry.
In the same pan, add all the sauce ingredients and heat until thickened.
Serve the rice in a bowl, top with the stir-fried mixture, and pour the sauce over.
