INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 300g daikon, sliced into half-moons
- Chopped green onions, as needed
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
STEPS
Slice the daikon into thin half-moons.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork until its color changes.
Add the daikon and stir-fry until it becomes translucent.
Add sake, mirin, and ponzu sauce, then stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
