- 5 tbsp cornstarch

Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- đź’§ 1/3 cup water
STEPS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and slice the green onion thinly. Soak the green onion in cold water to remove its pungent taste.
Coat the pork belly pieces evenly with cornstarch.
Place the pork belly in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
In a pan, combine all seasoning ingredients and simmer lightly to create the sauce.
Add the cooked pork belly to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
Plate the dish by laying sliced green onion on the bottom and placing the pork belly gangjeong on top.
