INGREDIENTS

- 400g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce
Condiments
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp mirin
- đź§‚ 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
Thickening Agent
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
Eggs
- 🥚 4 onsen eggs

STEPS
Cut the pork belly into halves and place them in a plastic bag with cornstarch. Shake the bag to coat the pork evenly.
Mix vinegar, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork belly until fully cooked. Add lettuce and stir-fry briefly.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and mix well to coat all ingredients. Serve the pork and lettuce mixture over freshly cooked rice and top with onsen eggs.
