INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 150g konjac, half a pack
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp grated garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces with a grid-like pattern. Boil it in water for 3 minutes and drain.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add pork belly and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add konjac and the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, mirin, sugar) to the pan. Stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
