INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables

- 60g cabbage
- 60g kimchi
Dairy
- đź§€ 60g melting cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp sweet sake
- 2 tsp tianmianjiang
STEPS
Mix the pork with soy sauce, sake, sweet sake, and tianmianjiang. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork until cooked through.
Add onion, cabbage, and kimchi to the pan. Stir-fry until vegetables are softened.
Top the stir-fried mixture with melting cheese and cover the pan. Let it steam for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
