INGREDIENTS

- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- A pinch of dried parsley
STEPS
Sprinkle salt evenly over the pork slices and fold them in half.
In a bowl, mix the flour and curry powder. Coat each piece of pork lightly on both sides with the mixture.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in salt, pepper, and parsley to create the egg mixture.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Dip the pork slices into the egg mixture and place them in the pan. Cook until golden brown on one side.
Flip the pork slices, pour the remaining egg mixture into the pan, and cook until the pork is fully cooked.
