INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups of rice (warm)
- 🌿 5 sheets of seaweed (Nori)
- 🥕 1 carrot (julienned)
- 🐖 200g pork (minced)
- 🌶 1 cup of kimchi (chopped)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
STEPS

Mix the rice evenly with salt and sesame oil.

Add oil to a pan and stir-fry the minced pork with soy sauce until fully cooked.

Stir-fry the carrot and kimchi together, then mix it with the pork.

Spread the rice evenly on the nori sheet, then add the vegetables and pork on top.
