INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 4 slices thinly sliced pork loin (80g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato starch as needed
Other
- 1 sheet nori seaweed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Ginger Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
STEPS
Place pork slices in a tray, sprinkle with sake, salt, and pepper, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Place a quarter of the nori sheet on each pork slice and roll tightly from one end.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the rolls, and cook while turning until the pork is fully cooked.
Add the ginger sauce ingredients to the pan and simmer until the rolls are coated in the sauce.
