INGREDIENTS
Pasta / Noodles
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g kimchi
- 🌱 33.3g chives
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Broth
- 💧 400cc water
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
STEPS
Cut chives into 2cm pieces and roughly chop the kimchi.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry pork over medium heat until the color changes. Add kimchi and stir briefly.
Add soy sauce, chicken broth powder, and water to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add spaghetti (broken in half) and mix. Cook for 1 minute longer than the package instructions, allowing the liquid to evaporate.
Top with chives and pizza cheese, cover the pan, and steam for about 1 minute until the cheese melts.
