- 4 slices pork loin (120g)
Vegetables
- 2 cabbage leaves
Seasoning

- Light dusting of flour
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
STEPS
Thinly slice the cabbage into strips.
Make small cuts between the lean and fatty parts of the pork loin to prevent curling. Season with salt and pepper, then lightly dust with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned. Flip and add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, mustard). Simmer until thickened.
Serve the pork with shredded cabbage on a plate.
