INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🍅 6 mini tomatoes
- 4 slices ginger
- 2 stalks chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
STEPS
Finely chop the green onion and ginger. Quarter the mini tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, green onion, and the ☆ seasonings until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and shape into balls. Coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the meatballs, and cook over medium heat until browned. Cover and steam for 3–4 minutes.
In a large microwave-safe container, mix all ★ ingredients except mini tomatoes and chopped green onion. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 30 seconds. Add mini tomatoes and chopped green onion, then mix.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and mix to coat evenly.
