INGREDIENTS

Seasoning

Batter
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Coating
- 🍞 Enough breadcrumbs to coat

STEPS
Lay out one slice of pork belly, season with salt and pepper, and fold into bite-sized portions. Repeat for all 4 slices.
Mix flour and water in a bowl to create a batter. Coat the folded pork pieces in the batter and then cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan. Cook the pork pieces for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Plate the cooked pork and sprinkle with dried parsley for garnish.
