INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 40g glass noodles
- 100g pork mince
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 125g pea shoots
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
STEPS
Cut off the roots of the pea shoots and chop them into thirds.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork mince, and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color. Season with salt and pepper.
Boil water in a pot, add glass noodles, and cook according to package instructions. Add bean sprouts one minute before the noodles finish cooking. Drain well.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked pork, noodles, bean sprouts, and pea shoots. Toss well to combine.
