- 🥩 200g of pork neck (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Vegetables and Grains
- 🥬 2 cups of aged kimchi

- Half a block of tofu (cubed)
Seasonings

- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Heat sesame oil in a pot, add minced garlic and pork neck, then stir-fry together before adding the kimchi.
