INGREDIENTS
Pork Neck Steak Ingredients
- 🍖 4 slices pork neck
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup flour
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🥚 2 eggs
Pork Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Steak Sauce
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 100 ml water
STEPS
Season both sides of the pork neck slices with salt and pepper. Tenderize the meat using a knife or hand.
Make shallow cuts on the pork to prevent curling during cooking.
Coat both sides of the pork with flour.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the pork with garlic on low heat until lightly cooked.
Flip the pork when juices start to appear on the surface.
Remove cooked garlic and excess oil from the pan, then add butter.
Cook the pork on high heat until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, mix ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and water. Cook on high heat until the sauce thickens.
Add the pork and garlic back to the pan and simmer until coated with the sauce.
Serve the pork neck steak with fried eggs and salad for a complete meal.
