- 🐖 Pork (thinly sliced) 200g
- 🧅 Onion 1 (thinly sliced)
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water 1/4 cup
- 🍚 Cooked rice for 2 servings
STEPS
Add the thinly sliced onions to a frying pan and sauté over medium heat.
Add pork and sauté until the color changes.
Add the sauce mixture of soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and water to the frying pan and coat everything evenly.
Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes.
Serve the pork and onions on top of the plated rice to finish.
