INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups ground pork
- 🥬 2 stalks spinach
- 1 red chili
- 1 green chili
- đź§… 1/4 onion, sliced
- A small amount of cooking oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
STEPS
Slice the onion and cut the spinach into 6 cm lengths.
Slice the red and green chilies diagonally.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add ground pork, salt, and pepper to the pan and stir-fry until browned.
When the pork is almost cooked, add onion, chilies, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and cooking wine. Stir-fry well.
Add spinach and stir lightly before serving over rice.
