INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g daikon radish, quartered and sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
Seasonings
- 💧 150ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the pork into 4cm wide strips.
Quarter the daikon radish, then slice into 5mm thick pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add daikon and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
Add water, sake, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes.
Dissolve yuzu pepper into the pan and mix well.
