INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 2 slices pork loin chops
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Make small cuts on the edges of the pork loin to prevent curling. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
In a bowl, mix honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and grated garlic to prepare the sauce.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until browned. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes until fully cooked. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Pour the sauce into the pan and coat the pork while cooking for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
