INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (75g)
- đź§„ 1/2 clove garlic
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 3 minutes, drain, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Cut red bell pepper into 2cm cubes and mince garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add chicken and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes until the chicken changes color.
Add potatoes and red bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add sauces and stir to combine.
