    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 💧 100ml water
    • 🥛 300ml milk
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt (for white sauce)
  • Topping

    • 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
    • A pinch of chopped parsley

Slice the potatoes into 5mm thin slices and soak in water. Drain well. Mince the onion.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent. Add ground meat and garlic, cooking until the meat changes color. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a gratin dish.

In the same pan, melt butter over low heat. Add potatoes and stir until coated. Sprinkle flour and cook until no longer powdery. Add water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Season with salt.

Pour the white sauce over the meat mixture in the gratin dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
