INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushrooms
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
STEPS
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch, then drain.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Add maitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add mayonnaise and ponzu soy sauce, mixing well to coat everything evenly.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
