INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), peeled and sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp miso
Broth
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- đź’§ 400ml water

Peel the potato, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into 3mm thick pieces. Soak in water for 2 minutes and drain. Thinly slice the onion.

Heat the dashi powder and water in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add the potato and onion. Cook for about 2 minutes until softened. Dissolve the miso into the soup and mix well.
