    • 🐟 200g salmon fillets
  • Vegetables

    • 🥔 300g potatoes, sliced
    • 80g king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧈 20g salted butter
    • 1/2 tsp aonori (seaweed powder)

Slice potatoes into 1cm widths and soak in water. Drain and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Slice king oyster mushrooms into 5mm widths.

Cut salmon into 4 pieces and sprinkle with salt.

Heat 10g of butter in a pan over medium heat. Add salmon and lightly sear. Add sake, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.

Add remaining butter, potatoes, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add soy sauce and aonori. Mix well.
