INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g salmon fillets
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, diced
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 150ml water
STEPS
Dice potatoes into 2cm cubes and soak in water for 5 minutes. Slice green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut salmon fillets into quarters and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salmon and cook until browned on both sides. Add potatoes and stir-fry until translucent.
Add green onion and stir briefly. Pour in the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 5–7 minutes until potatoes are tender.
