INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in oil
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧀 3 tbsp pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Mince the onion and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Mix the tuna, onion, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl to make tuna mayo.
Thinly slice the potatoes.
Spread olive oil evenly in a frying pan. Arrange the potato slices slightly overlapping, season with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat. Press down with a spatula until the potatoes become translucent and golden brown.
Top the potatoes with tuna mayo, pizza cheese, and corn. Cover the pan and heat until the cheese melts.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
