Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- đź§„ 1.5 tbsp minced green onion
- 🌾 a pinch of sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp plum extract
STEPS
Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and slice into half-moon shapes about 0.5–0.7 cm thick.
Slice the onion thinly and cut the green onion to match the onion's length.
Mix 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1.5 tbsp minced green onion, a pinch of sesame seeds, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp plum extract to make the seasoning sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the potatoes for 1 minute, then add 1/2 cup anchovy or kelp broth, the prepared seasoning sauce, onion, and green onion. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat until the potatoes are tender.
