INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 6 small potatoes
Meat
- 🥓 1 slice bacon
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 🧀 Sliced cheese as needed
- 🥛 120 ml milk
Herbs
- Pinch of parsley
Fats
- 🧈 10 g salted butter
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
STEPS
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, cut them in half, trim the ends, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave for 4–5 minutes.
While still warm, scoop out the inside of the potatoes, leaving a thin edge.
Mix the scooped-out potato, finely chopped bacon, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper well.
Melt butter in a pan, add flour, and stir over low heat to avoid lumps.
Once the flour loses its raw taste, add milk all at once and whisk while heating over medium heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the potato skins with the potato mixture and top with the white sauce.
Top with shredded cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 4–5 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
