- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

STEPS
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water. Cut the kimchi into smaller pieces using scissors.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Mix the cooked potatoes with kimchi, mayonnaise, sesame seeds, and black pepper.
