Vegetables
- 🥒 2 zucchinis (chopped)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 🥔 3 potatoes (grated)
Seafood
- 🍤 200g of shrimp (peeled)
Basic Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- đź§‚ a pinch of salt
STEPS
Mix the zucchini, carrot, and potato and squeeze out the water.
Chop the shrimp into small pieces and mix with the vegetable mixture.
Add eggs and salt and mix evenly.
On a preheated pan over medium heat, scoop a spoonful of mixture and flatten it.
Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
