INGREDIENTS

- 🥔 2 medium-sized potatoes
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (sliced into rounds)
Seasonings
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

STEPS
Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water and cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
Remove the boiled potatoes from the pot into a bowl and let them cool slightly.
Cut the carrot and cucumber. Lightly sprinkle salt on the cucumber and drain the water.

Chill it in the fridge for a while before serving.
