INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 10 cocktail shrimp
- 🥔 1 potato, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion or chili, optional
Sauce
- 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.3 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🍬 A small amount of sugar
Thickening Agent
- 0.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 5 tbsp water
STEPS
Prepare the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, cooking wine, water, sesame oil, black pepper, and sugar in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a little oil, add shrimp, and stir-fry until almost cooked. Add thinly sliced potatoes and continue stir-frying until the potatoes are halfway cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan with shrimp and potatoes. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Cook until the potatoes are tender and slightly bendable. Serve over white rice for a complete meal.
