INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetable
- 🥔 200g potato, julienned
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ground white sesame
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Julienne the potato and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper.
Place 1/8 of the julienned potato on one pork slice, roll tightly, and seal the end by pressing firmly. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the sesame sauce.
Arrange the rolls in a microwave-safe dish, pour the sesame sauce over them, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
