INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 800g pork spare ribs
Seasoning
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp marmalade jam
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- đź’§ 200ml water
STEPS
Pat the pork spare ribs dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat, add the ribs, and sear until browned on both sides.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, marmalade jam, grated ginger, grated garlic, and water) to the pressure cooker, mix well, and secure the lid. Heat on medium until pressure builds, then reduce to low and cook for 15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally. Remove the lid, heat on medium, and reduce the sauce while coating the ribs.
