INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🎃 300g pumpkin, cut into 3cm cubes
Seasoning
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, then cut into 3cm cubes.
Add all seasoning ingredients (water, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) into the pressure cooker and mix well.
Place pumpkin pieces skin-side down into the pressure cooker. Close the lid and heat on high until pressure builds, then reduce to low and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally before opening the lid.
