INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🎃 1/8 piece pumpkin, seeds removed
- 6 shishito peppers
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake (for beef marinade)
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the beef with 1 tbsp sake and 1/2 tsp grated garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add shishito peppers and pumpkin to the pan and continue stir-frying. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce) and stir until well combined.
