INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🎃 150g pumpkin, seeds removed
- 🍅 2 tomatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 100ml water
STEPS
Slice the pumpkin into thin, bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomatoes and onion into wedges.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, water) into a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the pumpkin and onion to the pot and cook until softened. Then add the tomatoes and cook until softened. Finally, add the beef slices one by one.
Serve with a raw egg in a separate bowl for dipping.
