INGREDIENTS
Vegetable
- 🎃 200g pumpkin, seeds removed
Protein
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g), drained
Herbs
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
Condiments
- 🥫 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
STEPS
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and remove the skin. Drain the tuna can.
Place the pumpkin in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Mash the pumpkin roughly.
Mix the mashed pumpkin with tuna and the condiments (mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper).
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
