INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🎃 1/4 pumpkin
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can (70g) oil-packed tuna
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
STEPS
Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, peel, and cut into small bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe dish, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
Mash the heated pumpkin in a bowl while still hot. Add tuna, butter, and salt and pepper, then mix well. Divide the mixture evenly into cocotte dishes.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg, milk, cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the mixture evenly into the cocotte dishes prepared in step 2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
