INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🌭 4 sausages (80g)
- 🎃 200g pumpkin
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g)
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage (150g)
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 600ml water
STEPS
Remove seeds and fibers from the pumpkin, then cut it into 2cm wide slices. Cut the carrot lengthwise into quarters. Halve the cabbage lengthwise.
In a pot, add pumpkin, carrot, cabbage, and all seasonings. Heat over medium heat until it boils, then cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add sausages to the pot, cover again, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
