INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 1/2 cup of washed rice
Vegetables
- 🎃 150g of diced pumpkin
Liquids
- 💧 600ml of water
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 teaspoon of salt
STEPS
Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, peel off the skin, and dice it into 1.5cm cubes.
Add the washed rice and water to a pot, then layer the diced pumpkin on top. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat. Place a chopstick across the pot and cover with a lid. Cook for 20–30 minutes until the rice is soft.
Add the salt and stir gently to combine.
