    • 5g powdered gelatin
    • 💧 2 tbsp water
    • Cocoa powder as needed

    • 8 Oreo cookies (80g)
    • 🧈 10g unsalted butter

Prepare a heatproof container with water and sprinkle gelatin over it to let it bloom. Line the mold with parchment paper.

Place Oreo cookies and butter in a plastic bag, crush finely, and mix well. Press the mixture firmly into the mold and refrigerate to set.

Microwave the bloomed gelatin uncovered for 20 seconds at 600W.

Cut pumpkin into bite-sized pieces, remove seeds and skin, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Add cream cheese and mash until smooth.
