INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 cup of pumpkin (diced)
- 🍅 1 tomato (diced)
- 🍚 2 cups of rice (can use cold rice)
- 🥚 2 eggs (beaten)
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
STEPS
Add cooking oil to the pan and heat over medium heat.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them, then set aside.
Add more cooking oil to the pan, followed by the pumpkin and tomato. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the rice and mix thoroughly, seasoning with soy sauce, salt, and sugar.
Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and stir-fry for another minute to finish.
