INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 100g glass noodles
Sauces and Condiments
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper
Cooking and Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
STEPS
Soak glass noodles in hot water for 5 minutes until softened, then drain.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté shredded carrots and sliced bell peppers for 2 minutes.
Add the glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and black pepper in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the noodles and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
