INGREDIENTS
Proteins
- 🍤 150g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 🥜 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
Base
- 200g rice noodles
Sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
STEPS
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a pan, cook the shrimp until pink and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
Scramble the eggs in the same pan.
Add the cooked noodles, fish sauce, tamarind paste, sugar, and chili flakes to the pan and stir well.
Mix in the shrimp, bean sprouts, and green onions.
Garnish with crushed peanuts and serve hot.
